What it means in detail
Under Swiss labor law (art. 330a CO), coded language is used to express behavioral flaws politely. Labelling an employee's self-confidence as noteworthy signals to Swiss HR that she was overbearing, defensive, or difficult to coach. It warns future managers of potential attitude problems and resistance to feedback.
